    Senator Prezioso moved to amend the amendment on page four, section ten-d, line fourteen, before the word “Notwithstanding” by inserting an “(a)”;

    On page five, section ten-d, line two, after “(3)” by inserting a comma and “(4)”;

    On page six, section ten-e, subsection (a), line twelve, after “(3)” by inserting a comma and “(4)”;

    On page nine, section twenty-seven-a, subsection (a), line nine, after the words “sections, except subdivisions” by inserting “(2),”.
